We are currently seeking a Project Quality Manager, reporting directly to Quality Department Head to join our Quality team based in Rome.
**About the Job**
- Define together with PD/PM the Project Quality Management System in compliance with Contractual requirements and TPIT Quality Management System, and ensure that it is properly put into effect in the Project.
- Manage NCR, CAR, Internal/External Audit, and calculate Project KPI.
- Coordinate Lessons Learned implementation and collection.
- Organize and held Project Quality Induction sessions.
- Is a focal point with Client representative for Project Quality Management System.
- Act as Confidentiality Officer for the Project.
- Support the PD/PM for Project Certification activities (e.g. CE Marking, ATEX, etc.).

**About You**
We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Qualifications: Mechanical, Chemical or Management Engineering Master Degree
Professional experience: should be better minimum 2 years in oil and gas company
Languages: English (Professional)
Main Skills: Interpersonal skills to cooperate with the other Operating Centers and Clients, working method precise and with methodology, good approach to teamwork together with the Team in the Home Office and proactive, strong communication skills, decision making, marked problem solving.
