As Travel Retail Key Account Manager you will actively develop the business in EMEA and will be responsible for managing the Travel Retail Accounts within the region visiting the points of sale to ensure that commercial and corporate policies are being respected. You will ensure the achievement of sales targets for the assigned area in line with the Brand strategy.
**What makes up your day**
- Develop the business leading and developing strong retailer partnerships in Travel Retail within the assigned area
- Negotiate and Establish budget investment, trading terms, space, location and conditions to ensure profitability per TR account to be validated with Global TR Director
- Define the seasonal Budget, in accordance with the Global TR Director’s input
- Manage, monitor and enhance the P&L for each account in a dedicated TR Area by outlining Retail and Net sales, Operating Profit, returns, staffing, marketing, capex budgets
- Analyse market trends in order to maximise established and future business opportunities
- Monitor the sales data for the assigned area ensure proper reporting analysis (sell in, sell-out, sell through, etc) to raise awareness of the business trend with each Partner
- In charge of sales results analysis, product assortments, and product mix for respective retailers to achieve retail sales targets
- Partner with Visual Merchandising team to guarantee brands visual and image guidelines to support business growth and brand visibility

- Financial skills (KPIs analysis to monitor sales trend and sales Campaign budget)
- Sensibility and passion for fashion and luxury
- At least 2 years of experience in Travel Retail or as Wholesale Area Manager in retail companies
- Availability to frequent business trips
- Fluent English and Italian, other languages a plus
