L’Azienda è in fase di espansione con l’apertura di un **plant produttivo in USA** e per questo ci ha incaricato di cercare la seguente figura:
**PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - USA**

**Posizione**:
Saranno suoi principali **obiettivi**:

- Coordinamento operativo della produzione di un plant con due unità produttive per attività di compounding - chimica.
- Organizzazione e pianificazione dei turni, gestione delle risorse umane dirette e indirette, coordinamento con il team manutenzione.
- Produzione: la risorsa sarà responsabile del corretto svolgimento delle attività produttive anche attraverso il coordinamento dei processi, planning e approvvigionamento delle materie prime.
- Coordinamento con Casa Madre Italiana per ogni tipo di attività relativa alla gestione dei clienti, approvvigionamenti, logística, ricerca e sviluppo.

**Requisiti**:
La Risorsa ideale ha una formazione in ambito chimico e ha maturato esperienza nella supervisione e coordinamento di processi produttivi.

Inserita per 12 mesi presso il plant italiano con frequenti trasferte in USA, sarà successivamente rilocata in USA (Florida) con contratto da dipendente dell’Azienda e un inquadramento commisurato al mercato locale, oltre ad assistenza legale per espletare ogni tipo di burocrazia necessaria a carico dell’Azienda.

Per il ruolo ed il contesto internazionale dell’Azienda è richiesta la** conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese**.
