Your Role
Support the Hospitality KA Director in improving the H&R business globally, by making business performance analysis, managing the sales operations tasks necessary to adhere to the processes set by the H&R KA Hospitality Director, and securing that this compliance is applied by the TG sales network
- The role is based in

Your Impact
- Data management and analysis by KA on sales, orders, services, formats, volumes key lines of products, P&L
- Develops and maintains the Brand Guidelines instructions on the specific opportunity management processes required by each single KA.
- Direct management of the opportunities operations tasks, in particular: coordinates layout approvals according to KA standards, coordination of the local TG sales rep on the quote creation to be in line with the KA contracts T&C, track post equipment installation adherence to original approved layout, track sales volumes to manage the KA rebate
- SFDC database management: Improvement of the data quality in our database in terms of marketing attributes, hierarchy, contract T&C data input and leads upload.
- Regional Market mapping and sizing secure proper use of the database TG makes available to the TG network.
- Supports the execution of implementation of the solution in the KA
- Dimension the monthly/annual rebate calculation for the KA.
- Competition analysis on products and services
About You
- Fluent in English, Another language is a plus
- Previous Experience in management and strategic consultancy
- Knowledge of Digital and IT tools (Advanced in Excel)
- Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills (PPT)
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of fashion, trends, sports, fitness, and lifestyle
- Knowledge of fitness, performance, health, and product use
