**PROPERTY MANAGER**

**Per la città di Brescia**

La persona che stiamo cercando si inserirà in un ambiente caratterizzato da una forte passione per lo sviluppo aziendale, il customer care e la comunicazione. È ambiziosa, autonoma nella gestione del tempo e capace di lavorare per raggiungere gli obiettivi.

La figura sarà in grado di destreggiarsi in molte delle attività gestionali della città:

- Ricerca dei potenziali clienti
- Supervisione degli appartamenti e gestione degli stessi
- Problem solving di tematiche di varia natura
- Controllo dei pagamenti degli inquilini
- Gestione dei check-out e dei check-in
- Analisi quantitative e strategie di pricing

**Si offre**:

- Contratto a tempo determinato da luglio a settembre
- Contratto a tempo pieno dal lunedì al venerdì
- Retribuzione a partire da €1200

**Si richiede**:

- Cura e attenzione al dettaglio
- Organizzazione e ordine
- Costanza
- Proattività
- Capacità di comunicare in maniera chiara ed educata
- Ambizione e volontà di crescere professionalmente
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B2
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e capacità di utilizzare gestionali specifici

Retribuzione: €1.200,00 al mese
