For our amazing Tale Hotel, we are looking for a

**Front Office Manager (m/w/d)**

On the outskirts of the world-famous medieval town of Montepulciano, surrounded by unspoilt nature, Poggio Alla Sala Tale is a luxurious oasis of calm filled with memories of a rich past.

Your tasks:

- Leadership and motivation of the front office team
- a warm care and advice of our guests
- Assignment and vacation planning
- Monitoring of all processes at the front office
- Occupancy planning, category balancing
- Guidance and training of employees and trainees
- Manager on Duty service as representative of the hotel management
- Close cooperation with all other departments

Your profile:

- You have completed training in a demanding hotel
- relevant experience in housekeeping - area of a 4 or 5 star hotel
- You are confident, have stamina and assertiveness
- You have an eye for trifles
- Cleanliness, order and a well-kept ambience are your top priority
- You have a good command of English
- as a service-oriented personality, you enjoy working successfully in a team
- Flexibility, high quality awareness, organizational talent and love of the profession
- Experience in the planning and implementation of large projects
- Motivation, creativity, charisma and enthusiasm
- Good knowledge of English
