**The Opportunity**

Franchise Associate Manager El Salvador & Nicaragua is fully accountable of the CSD and NCB business development and results in the country executing AOP initiatives, ensuring Bottler full alignment to LAB plans. In addition, must provide service, Best Practice tools and resources to them.

The role lead, develop and foster the growth of the beverage business, leveraging our relationship and leadership capability with local bottlers; this is accomplished through the negotiation and development of strategic plans, new product initiatives and ammunition that provides sustainable top line and bottle line growth. P&L Owner.

**The scope of the role is 2 Countries (El Salvador & Nicaragua) with 2 franchise: MARES CBC and La Nacional CBC**

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**

As The Franchise Assoc Manager your scope will consist of:

- Delivering AOP targets: Volume, Net Revenue, NOPBT & cash flow for the territory / channels with full responsibilities of commercial agenda.
- Develop AOP / PSP for El Salvador CBC & Nicaragua CBC while support Franchise Director with development of AOP and PSP Process for CAS Cluster.
- Be the primary point of contact with Bottlers: El Salvador CBC & Nicaragua CBC
- Lead the Joint Planning Process for El Salvador & Nicaragua
- Identify current business opportunities and potentialareas for growth
- Review Sales, Marketing and other partners’ KPIs
- Manage and monitor partner’s relationship, regional accounts, and coordinate all ongoing Bottler communication.
- Assist bottlers in development of trade promotions, category management plans
- Support the transfer of Best Practice Tools, diagnose gaps in capability and initiate corrective action plans, drawing on functional support staff where appropriate.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure right products, brands, pricing, and GTM capability
- Govern budget control & alignment for both COOP funds and Unilateral budgets.
- Manage P&L

Qualifications:

**Education**:

- University Degree (Engineering, marketing related, business administration)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working managerial position in sales, marketing or related.
- Experience with P&L
- Local consumer/customer knowledge helpful
- Negotiation skills

- Capable of working under pressure in fast pace environment.
