In funzione delle indicazioni ricevute dal Responsabile e/o dal Lead del reparto svolge i compiti e le attività sotto elencate per le quali è stato abilitato dall’apposito training, nel rispetto delle SOP aziendali e di reparto e delle normative di sicurezza vigenti.

**COMPITI SPECIFICI/ATTIVITÀ PRIMARIE**:
Utilizzare il sistema operativo di pesata informatizzato secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Effettuare le pesate in manuale secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Utilizzare i materiali in accordo alla logica FEFO secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Preparare le etichette assemblaggio in fase di pesatura Ricontrollare le materie prime attraverso il sistema informatico Preparare miscele a secco seguendo cicli prestabiliti ed impiegando gli impianti previsti nel Batch Record e SOP vigenti Effettuare la pulizia degli impianti e delle attrezzature utilizzate secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Compilare manualmente le etichette secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Compilare il Batch Record e la documentazione di reparto relativa alle mansioni svolte Controllare le Materie Prime in arrivo secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Consegnare le Materie Prime agli addetti alle pesate con utilizzo della logica FIFO secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Assemblare le pesate per ordini di lavorazione secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Consegnare le Materie Prime ai reparti secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti Utilizzare i sistema PALETTI, LIMOS E DISY Caricare e scaricare i materiali dal magazzino attraverso il sistema informatico Prendersi cura dei macchinari, dei materiali e dell’ambiente di lavoro, comunicando in modo tempestivo al superiore eventuali anomalie
