PRODUCT BRAND SPECIALIST
La risorsa verrà inserita nel reparto Marketing e contribuirà allo sviluppo di programmi efficaci per l'esecuzione di strategie.

**In particolare si dovrà occupare delle seguenti attività**:
Identificare gli unique selling points e benefici dei prodotti in linea con le esigenze del mercato italiano e valorizzandoli
Collaborare con i marketing team europei per la localizzazione dei piani prodotto e l’allineamento con le strategie europee
Analizzare i dati di prodotto e di canale, valutando le informazioni che arrivano dal campo, dalle store visits, dai meeting con i clienti, con lo scopo di sviluppare le diverse categorie
Preparare i nuovi lanci di prodotto attraverso l’analisi del mercato, della concorrenza, del posizionamento di prezzo, e della distribuzione.
Raccogliere informazioni dai Marketing Europei e dalle Vendite
Gestire l’assortimento corrente, monitorando la disponibilità di stock e preparando i report di vendita e le previsioni di vendita in collaborazione con il Planning Europeo
Supportare i canali di vendita analizzando i risultati
Contribuire al mantenimento degli strumenti a supporto delle vendite
Proporre listini prezzi e monitorare la redditività attraverso il follow up nel pricing system
Supervisionare lo sviluppo delle attività promozionali e sul punto vendita legate al prodotto
Gestire la collaborazione tra reparti per facilitare il flusso di informazioni

**Requisiti**:
Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Marketing
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 4 anni
Esperienza nell'analisi dei dati di marketing
Ottimo inglese
Competenze informatiche e utilizzo di strumenti utili alla funzione tra cui MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
