WE Digital and Media Manager

We are looking for a Digital and Media Manager - Western Europe (WE), who will lead and set the strategic direction for digital acceleration across WE Business Units key cohorts. You will be collaborating with local teams and agency partners to drive effective digital PESO executions to propel brand idea activation and digital consumer disruption.

This position reports to the WE Marketing Director, Consumer, with dotted line support and direction coming from the regional Experience Planning Leader.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide ongoing expertise & strategic thought leadership across all consumer digital touchpoints Media (Display, Programmatic, Video, Social, Mobile, Digital OOH), holistic search, CRM, brand platforms and sites, ecommerce activation (AMZ key player) - with particular focus on key priority cohorts.
- Accelerate 1st party data collection and utilization across key WE cohorts to enable the foundations for future 1:1 meaningful consumer relationships.
- Advise and inform on the right creative content required corresponding to the PESO activation plan by channel
- Lead digital media relationship with Mindshare’s central team for WE BU - playing pivotal role in the briefing, evaluation, sign off and ongoing optimisation of commercial program activation.
- Continuously Improve digital effectiveness and ROI by championing the most strategically planned, integrated and executed Paid/Owned/Earned strategies aligned to KCWBB approach working with GMRA and local markets to deliver best optimized results.
- Interrogate & scale, as relevant to WE, global CRM & Digital strategic vision, tools, best practices.
- Accelerate digital best practice adopt and adapt across WE BU
- Utilize insights and learning (whether from GMRA, local market, MMM) ensuring these are acted upon and embedded into plans.
- Monitor and benchmark WE competitor activities in the digital and CRM space, ensuring digital strategies continue to position K-C ahead of the competition.
- Lead the measurement, tracking and reporting for PESO initiatives. Provide leadership on KPIs and metrics and manage the set-up of a consistent dashboard approach.
- Champion test and learn culture - ensuring that relevant digital innovations either channel or media are incorporated as learning opportunities into wider program activation.
- Support WE markets in digital OGSIM delivery.
- **Requirements and Experience**:

- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- English fluent
- Position requires significant previous experience in a combination of senior level media/digital/CRM related roles
- Majority of experience should preferably be either digital/CRM/Media client-side or agency-side. Experience on the publisher/vendor side or marketing/communication agencies may be a plus but only as a smaller portion of overall experience.
- Robust experience in Digital and CRM specifically and as part of a broader and integrated program mix
- Media/Digital/CRM tracking and measurement experience.
- Experience in various consumer product categories and within CPG is preferred.
- Understanding of how to drive a digital/CRM function within an organization
- Clearly understands Paid/Owned/Earned media dynamics and how to plan, integrate and successfully implement
- Agency Management - knows how agencies work (typical issues, way of working, internal working), and will manage effectively.
- Digital acumen beyond digital tactics and how to leverage for marketing in a digital world.
