Siamo una **società di ingegneria gestionale** specializzata in progetti di miglioramento della gestione della produzione per imprese manifatturiere.

Link Management è un’azienda in continua crescita, sempre attenta ai nuovi bisogni dell’industria, e affiancata da partner d’eccellenza per fornire le migliori soluzioni software (MES, APS, QMS) presenti sul mercato.

Operiamo su progetti in ambito **Operations e Supply Chain **e abbiamo **sedi a Limena (PD) e Bergamo**.

Per rinforzare il nostro organico sales, stiamo cercando una **figura di Business Development Manager** con esperienza che avrà autonomia nella gestione della propria area di competenza e riferirà direttamente alla direzione commerciale.

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con un/a professionista:

- residente o domiciliato/a in **Emilia-Romagna**;
- con esperienza nel mondo della **produzione** e dei sistemi gestionali **ERP** e/o **MES** e/o **APS**.

**Chi cerchiamo**:
La persona che cerchiamo conosce e padroneggia i** temi produttivi** (pianificazione, avanzamento, operations) e ha maturato **buone skills relazionali** in ambito vendite.

Si occuperà principalmente di:

- Presidiare il territorio assegnato come riferimento (Emilia-Romagna e Marche) e individuare nuove potenzialità di business al suo interno;
- Acquisire nuovi clienti e gestire quelli assegnati nell’area di propria competenza, curando le relazioni e raccogliendone le esigenze;
- Condurre trattative con ciclo di vendita complesso, coordinandone e seguendone il completamento, con l’utilizzo del software CRM;
- Collaborare con gli altri team aziendali, tipicamente Marketing e Operations, al fine di garantire il miglior risultato per il cliente e per Link Management.

**Caratteristiche e competenze preferenziali**:

- Laurea in discipline economiche o gestionali
- Competenze IT e Operations di livello avanzato
- Provenienza dal mondo della consulenza aziendale o IT
