Come **Salesforce Team Lead, **nella nostra pratice Customer Engagement & CRM, sarai coinvolto in attività di disegno e implementazione di progetti comprendenti uno o più applicativi dell'ecosistema Salesforce.

Ti occuperai di:

- Raccolta, analisi e definizione dei requisiti funzionali di business basati sulla comprensione dei processi e specificità del mercato Fashion &Retail;
- Disegno di soluzioni di processi Sales e Service su piattaforma Salesforce;
- Relazione diretta con il cliente e/o con il proprio manager di riferimento per fornire supporto e valutazioni sui progetti e sulle proposte verso nuovi prospect
- Coordinamento del team di progetto

**Requisiti**:
Cerchiamo un/una Salesforce Team Lead con una forte passione, un’immensa curiosità e la voglia di dare il 100% per raggiungere grandi traguardi.

Cerchiamo te, se possiedi:

- Conoscenza dei principali moduli del prodotto con particolare riferimento a Sales Cloud, Community e Service Cloud;
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con il cliente per la raccolta delle esigenze di business;
- Gestione e guida di risorse junior;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;

**Sarà valutata come titolo preferenziale conoscenza della piattaforma Zuora
