- Managing the reception desk, processing of telephone calls and inbound/outbound mails, as well as supporting our external and internal customers with a view beyond the box
- Information hotspot and point of contact for all incoming enquiries and concerns
- Organization & follow-up of meetings and handling of visitors
- Supervision of occupational safety and health regulations
- Purchase of materials and supplies from existing suppliers
- Coordination of the cleaning team as well as any maintenance and repairs at the site
- Administration of company cars in close liaison with 3rd party vendors
- Cooperating with our IT department on the administration of mobile phones and other IT devices

**Experience and skills needed**:

- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative-related position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and can easily navigate new tools and processes
- Team player and able to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent French and English communication skills
