Per la nostra divisione CSMS, siamo alla ricerca di **uno/a stagista nel ruolo di Admin Assistant e affiancamento al team di Talent Acquisition** che possa supportare le attività a livello organizzativo per i nostri progetti legati al settore Pharma.

**Attività**
- Attività di _**_Amministrazione_**:

- Supporto nella creazione di utenze per l’utilizzo dei sistemi interni (in coordinamento con il team IT e Global) per i neo-assunti
- Assistenza per risoluzione di problematiche tecniche (accesso, settaggio e rinnovo password, etc.)
- Supporto nella creazione di documenti di reporting interno (gestione file Excel)
- Creazione documenti per attività di regolatorio
- Organizzazione induction neo-assunti
- Gestione campioni saggi medici
- Archiviazione documenti
- Supporto nella gestione delle reti di informazione medico scientifica
- Attività di _**_Recruiting:_**
- Screening curricula a supporto del team di Talent Acquisition
- Gestione in autonomia di interviste telefoniche
- Supporto ai referenti Talent Acquisition nella pianificazione e organizzazione di colloqui
- Supporto operativo nella gestione degli ordini a sistema

**Requisiti**
- Percorso di Laurea
- Precisione, accuratezza e cura dei dettagli
- Capacità di adattamento e flessibilità
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze definite
- Buone capacità comunicative sia scritte che verbali
- Buon livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
