Digital eCommerce Specialist

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The Mobile smart phone has created the biggest retail disruption in a generation and the exponential growth of eCommerce. Firstly, it has empowered an on-demand culture where people will pay a premium for ‘convenience’ but will demand personalised assistance and experience. Is has created an expectation that anything you need can be with you in an hour, and you don’t any longer need to even press a button but can voice activate your smart home or phone to order it for you. - models, is exploding exponentially, as is the number of touchpoints we have available to reach the people we serve: there are no longer consumers and shoppers, as digital channels are now a place of inspiration as well as purchase.

The Digital eCommerce Specialist is the go-to for all things digital and you’re a specialist when it comes to innovative & insight. Accountable for Search & growth in new frontiers, you’re responsible for reaching people and capturing their attention. You’ll own service provider collaborations & contracts and have the chance to work alongside the most progressive minds in Digital, Consumer Goods & Retail. You will be the conduit between marketing & retailers to ensure the right 7OA content is experienced by our consumers. You will rapidly test and learn from developing & executing new digital opportunities in the eCommerce ecosystem with new service partners.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Building Brand Experiences in a Connected World
- Pioneer new insight and partnerships through our Digital capability focusing on Search optimisation, ratings & reviews & User Experience.
- Search Champion for Italy, working collaboratively with other markets to share best practices and opportunities.
- Build and develop strategic relationships with key service providers to offer new ways to drive conversion and influence across our customers & brands
- Analyze Ratings & Reviews advising brands teams on ways to drive ratings count and improve star rating.
- Embedding eCommerce: ? Responsible for search, 7OA & PSO
- Supporting marketing & eCommerce teams with use of the Content suite (TAB, KWR, PIM & PCP).

Pioneer & Champion Contentment for eCommerce
- embedding Commerce into the MCO and with our Retailers
- Project coordinator for eCommerce team in driving business adoption and integration of Commerce within the 5C framework & 7 omnichannel assets
- Pioneer Unilever Italy's development project for Ratings & Reviews utilization and execution across digital channels. Develop new Video capabilities within Ratings & Reviews.
- Externalizing our insight, creativity and new tools as well as Connected World model for building brands to build joint value exchange and create reasons to partner with Unilever beyond the investments we make
- Owner of e-retailer analytics & experience tool (Perfect Store Online) ? Tracking channel performance of 7OA, communicating updates against market KPI’s to key stakeholders. ? Working with 3P’s to maintain the dashboard and ensure quality reporting for each measurement.
- Working externally with Customers & Digital Partners to pioneer new growth projects. Leveraging Insight to drive action internally & externally in collaboration with brands and customers.

Build the Talent & capability within the eCommerce Team
- Raise the roof on best practice & ways of working across the eCommerce team - building the Playbook for how to win in a connected world and with our retailers and brands. Create best practice and share far and wide to accelerate growth & engagement
- Set the pace and drive the Entrepreneurial, Collaborative & Experimental culture & purpose of the team
- Improve teams across our matrix structure to unleash the capability across the all-star team
