In qualità di Head of Business Transformation contribuirai a sviluppare ulteriormente IDM nel suo ruolo di pioniere e connettore per le aziende altoatesine. Identificherai il potenziale da sfruttare e svilupperai strategie per rafforzare la collaborazione intersettoriale. Grazie alle tue forti capacità di networking, avrai un ruolo di mediatore in un ambiente interdisciplinare e supporterai i nostri stakeholder nel processo di innovazione. In qualità di sparring partner del management, darai un contributo duraturo a rendere IDM un'azienda agile.

Questi sono i tuoi compiti:
INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS
- Sviluppo di IDM in un'azienda data driven ed orientata al cliente/consumatore
- Rafforzamento delle competenze di business intelligence per supportare le decisioni aziendali
- Definizione di consumer insights per lo sviluppo di strategie
- Analisi delle attuali tendenze di mercato, basate sui dati
- Raccolta ed elaborazione di vari dati in base ai requisiti del progetto (analisi dei dati, metriche di business e KPI) e identificazione di raccomandazioni

PIANIFICAZIONE STRATEGICA
- Coordinamento del ciclo di pianificazione strategica di IDM, pianificazione operativa e monitoraggio
- Pianificazione strategica, ulteriore sviluppo dell'offerta di prodotti e servizi di IDM e identificazione dei flussi di entrate
- Creazione di roadmap strategiche per tutti i settori chiave per lo sviluppo dell'Alto Adige
- Networking con associazioni e aziende, promozione di collaborazioni
- Partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro "interfunzionali" per una consulenza olistica a 360° per le aziende altoatesine

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AGENDA
- Sviluppo di un'agenda di trasformazione per i macro temi della sostenibilità, digitalizzazione, cambiamento demografico, carenza di manodopera e aumento dell'attrattività dell'Alto Adige come luogo di lavoro
- Identificazione delle opportunità e delle sfide future per l'Alto Adige, in relazione a temi strategici
- Consulenza interna alla direzione per l’implementazione dell’agenda
- Identificazione di nuovi modelli di business e piattaforme di innovazione

TRASFORMAZIONE DIGITALE
- Progettazione e implementazione di una roadmap di digitalizzazione per IDM e l'Alto Adige
- Identificazione del potenziale per l'uso efficace di nuove tecnologie, come AI e genAI
- Sviluppo di aree concrete di applicazione dell'AI
- Sviluppo di approcci per rendere IDM un'azienda digital driven

AGENDA DI SOSTENIBILITÀ
- Integrare la sostenibilità con obiettivi chiari in tutti i programmi aziendali
- Ulteriore sviluppo ed implementazione della strategia di sostenibilità di IDM
- Supporto all'implementazione del piano climatico Alto Adige 2040 e alla relativa gestione degli stakeholder
- Supporto allo sviluppo sostenibile dell'economia altoatesina come fattore abilitante

AGILE DIGITAL COMPANY
- Ulteriore sviluppo del modello operativo di IDM in un'azienda agile e digitale
- Concettualizzazione di strategie di trasformazione per un modello operativo agile che includa processi, metodologie, sistemi e strumenti
- Implementazione di un modello operativo agile con nuove modalità di lavoro, cultura e gestione del cambiamento
- Sviluppo ed implementazione del programma di digitalizzazione di IDM per l'ulteriore sviluppo di un'azienda basata sul digitale

PMO
- Project Management Office per la gestione del portafoglio di innovazione, elaborazione di dati e reporting per il consiglio di amministrazione
- Monitoraggio centrale di tutti i progetti di innovazione di IDM

I requisiti indispensabili sono:

- Laurea in una materia pertinente al ruolo
- Esperienza professionale rilevante (almeno 8 anni)
- Ottime competenze linguistiche in tedesco e italiano
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese

I requisiti preferenziali sono:

- Esperienza pluriennale in società di consulenza con focus su strategia, gestione del cambiamento o trasformazione aziendale
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti
- Personalità estroversa con forti capacità di networking
- Forti capacità di gestione degli stakeholder
- Pensiero innovativo e analitico
- Comprovate capacità di leadership
