e -work SpA per azienda leader nel settore della tecnologia medica, ricerca 4 profili di Contract Administrator.

Le risorse, inserite all'interno della divisione Contract Administration, si occuperanno di:

- Creare e caricare contratti di vendita, canoni di noleggio e canoni di service all'interno di SAP (P58);
- Garantire che le caratteristiche del contratto siano allineate con quanto definito nell'accordo, e gestire eventuali modifiche, rinnovi e interruzioni dei contratti all'interno del sistema;
- Gestire lo shell contract relativo alle caratteristiche dei contratti di service sulle apparecchiature vendute o concesse in comodato d'uso;
- Garantire la puntuale emissione delle fatture relative ai canoni di noleggio/service;
- Inserire ed emettere note di credito relative a bonus, rebates e accordi commerciali;
- Supportare le altre funzioni nelle attività relative alla gestione dei contratti;
- Gestire eventuali controversie con i clienti.

Requisiti necessari:

- Diploma e/o Laurea;
- Inglese fluente;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);

Le risorse selezionate saranno assunte con un contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione della durata di 6 mesi.

Full-time, modalità ibrida.
