HT is a new interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational and structural biology and neuroscience, as well as data and decisions sciences.

The mission of the Population and Medical Genetics programme in the Research Centre for Genomics will be to enable the generation of genomics resources, including both healthy volunteers and patients with common and rare diseases to study genetic factors contributing to human health and diseases. Strong defining components of this research programme will be the reliance on genomic technologies for large-scale explorations of human traits and diseases, the deep functional characterization through _in vivo _and _in vitro _experiments, and the use of computational and quantitative approaches for data analysis.

The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a Research Centre Administrator for a maternity cover for the Centre of Genomics - Population & Medical Genomics Programme.

The** Research Centre Administrator**, reporting directly to Nicole Soranzo, the Head of the Genomics Centre, will provide high level scientific administrative-secretarial activities for the Centre.

**S(he) will have the following main responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Research Centre and Group Leaders;
- Plan calendars and execute Research Centre arrangements;
- Organize meetings, travel, accommodation and all relevant logistics;
- Provide administrative and logistic support for seminars, events and special projects;
- Ensure all necessary materials and documents for internal and external meetings, taking minutes and providing post-meeting reporting and follow-up;
- Support the management of scientific projects, together with the Scientific Project Manager and Lab Manager;
- Liaise with Administration to ensure accurate management of administrative tasks and processes;
- Liaise with Human Resources to support the recruitment and onboarding of staff.

**Essential**:

- University degree;
- Professional English writing skills for correspondence, resumes, project reporting and research summaries;
- Fluency in English - HT is an international research institute
- At least two years of experience of managing secretariat and project management;
- Good working knowledge of Italian
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and office managing tools;

**Organizational and social skills**
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution attitude;
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion;
- Strict attention to detail.
