PROGRAMME AND FUND RESEARCH STAFF
BANDI E FINANZIAMENTI
- Profilo ideale:
1. Laurea in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria Gestionale o lauree equipollenti;
2. Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti finanziati e/o di assistenza técnica nella gestione di fondi comunitari/SIE;
3. Conoscenza delle tecniche di project management;
4. Conoscenza dei principi di funzionamento dei finanziamenti nazionali ed europei, in particolare fondi SIE;
5. Conoscenza della normativa comunitaria e della normativa appalti;
6. Conoscenza del PNRR;
7. Doti relazionali, flessibilità, problem solving, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
8. Ottimo uso PC, pacchetto Office, posta elettronica;
9. Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
10. Domicilio in Milano e/o provincia

Mansioni da svolgere:
Per l'esecuzione di servizi di supporto strategico, organizzativo, e di governance la risorsa ricercata sarà chiamata a svolgere le seguenti attività:
Rendicontazione e gestione amministrativa in tutte le fasi di realizzazione dei progetti finanziati: avvio, pianificazione, svolgimento, controllo e chiusura di un progetto; Predisposizione dei report e dei dossier di rendicontazione a cadenza periodica su tutta l'attività dei progetti; Monitoraggio amministrativo e finanziario dei progetti finanziati, anche rispetto ad obiettivi e KPI definiti; Reportistica ordinaria dei progetti; Coordinamento dei partner di progetto per la corretta implementazione dei progetti finanziati; Supporto alla corretta implementazione delle attività di sviluppo; Definizione di modelli e sistemi per supportare la governance, la programmazione e la rendicontazione delle risorse del PNRR; Analisi per l'identificazione delle opportunità di riduzione costi, anticipare ogni rischio potenziale del progetto identificando le possibili azioni correttive; Monitoraggio e implementazione dei principali indicatori di progetto (costi; effort; rischi; etc..); Implementazione di strumenti e tools necessari la realizzazione e il monitoraggio dei progetti; Altre attività previste dalla mansione.
