**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Special manufacturing Research & Development Specialist within Leathergoods Product Development area who will join our dynamic team in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).
- How you will contribute:_
- Seguire le attività di ricerca, su diversi canali informativi e tramite fiere di settore, relative a potenziali fornitori, nuovi materiali, tecnologie e tecniche di lavorazione;
- Acquisire e garantire l’avanzamento delle informazioni in riferimento alla composizione della collezione, dalla prototipia/campionario all’industrializzazione, assistendo settimanalmente ai meeting tra ufficio prodotto ed ufficio stile;
- Interfaccia con i fornitori esterni, in fase di prototipia, per lo scambio di informazioni riguardo alla collezione e allo sviluppo delle lavorazioni;
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento di lavorazioni/ordini interni ed esterni nelle fasi di prototipazione e campionatura, rispettando il timing di collezione ed inserendo i dati a sistema;
- Creare e gestire ordini e commesse di componenti funzionali alle fasi di prototipazione e campionario, assicurando che la consegna rispetti i criteri di qualità, prezzo, quantità e tempo di realizzo;
- Supportare nella realizzazione dei manuali destinati ai training e alle presentazioni per descrivere le informazioni relative alle fasi di sviluppo delle lavorazioni e delle tecnologie utilizzate;
- Gestire in autonomia attività di archiviazione dati e documentazioni fotografiche;
- Predisposizione di reportistiche e di analisi;
- Monitorare le spese di prototipazione/campionario/industrializzazione e la gestione della relativa documentazione (controllo dei documenti di trasporto uscita/entrata e controllo delle fatture a sistema).
- Who you are:_
- Laurea in design della moda, o formazione equivalente con focus sullo sviluppo del prodotto;
- Esperienza di 5-7 anni nel settore pelletteria, lavorazioni e accessori;
- Ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e di Power Point e di Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator;
- La conoscenza di Stealth e di gestionali aziendali quali PLM è requisito preferenziale;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
- Precisione, flessibilità e ottime doti comunicative;
- Ottime capacità di organizzazione e di problem solving;
- Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
