Your Opportunity

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Corporate & Retail Support Service Specialist, basato/a a Montebello Vicentino (VI).

How you will contribute

Riportando al Corporate & Retail Support Services Coordinator, il candidato sarà il punto di riferimento prevalentemente per l'area Administration & Finance e gestirà le attività riguardanti richieste, segnalazioni e suggerimenti.

Nel specifico dovrà:

Monitorare le segnalazioni dall'inizio fino alla risoluzione fornendo supporto di 1° e 2° livello collaborando con i vari team IT scalando, se necessario, i problemi irrisolti a un livello di supporto più elevato;

Fornire consulenza specialistica per la soluzione di problemi funzionali e/o operativi sulle applicazioni in gestione;

Garantire la definizione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria per le applicazioni in gestione, collaborare al rilascio di nuove applicazioni e successivamente prenderle in carico;

Monitorare le prestazioni dei fornitori esterni di servizi di AMS secondo i KPI concordati per le applicazioni incluse, compreso l'AMS di Kering; svolgere il ruolo di interfaccia tra i fornitori esterni e i colleghi partecipando ai meeting avanzamento

Who you are

Laurea in area economico-scientifica

Pregressa esperienza di 1 – 3 anni in ruoli simili in contesti aziendali strutturati;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Buona conoscenza di piattaforme Finance (SAP, JDEdwards)

Buona conoscenza della piattaforma Office (Word, Excel, Access)

Conoscenza delle best practices di IT Service Management e Operations;

Capacità di lavorare in collaborazione in team e problem solving;

Capacità di comunicare in modo efficace, sia verbale che scritto;

Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia (es. Milano) o talvolta all'estero (es. Kering HQ Paris).
