Siamo attualmente alla ricerca, inizialmente con un contratto a tempo determinato, di un/a Customs – Import & Export Specialist che si possa unire al nostro dinamico team basato a Montebello Vicentino (Vi).

How you will contribute:

Supporto nell’emissione della documentazione doganale di esportazione (tramite il portale dell'agenzia delle dogane) per lo svincolo di ciascuna operazione ed inviare il documento al magazzino per garantire l’avvio della spedizione;

Gestione pratiche import per le diverse società del gruppo con invio istruzioni dettagliate al broker doganale ed avviso arrivo merci ai destinatari.

Seguire le attività di inserimento nel gestionale PLM delle categorie doganali per ciascun articolo, rispettando le regole della classificazione doganale;

Gestione compliance doganale circa le anagrafiche dei prodotti: verifica attributi e supporto ai reparti tecnici per la loro selezione;

Interfacciarsi con gli uffici Kering: Trade & Customs compliance e Customer Care per una condivisione delle informazioni relative ai prodotti;

Supportare la raccolta dei dati contabili e logistici al fine di giustificare le richieste dell'ufficio doganale riguardanti eventuali correzioni e/o chiusure di pratiche valutate non conformi o non accertate;

Gestire attività di archiviazione della documentazione doganale;

Who you are:

Diploma di ragioneria/tecnico economico e/o laurea triennale in discipline economiche;

Pregressa esperienza, almeno 1 – 2 anni su tematiche dogane/import&export in aziende strutturate;

Ottime competenze nell’uso del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;

Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro e precisione;

Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e dinamismo;

Attitudine al lavoro in team ed al problem solving.
