Adecco LifeScience, divisione specializzata di Adecco, ricerca, per un'azienda che opera nel settore della produzione farmaceutica conto terzi un/una: Production Planning & Scheduling_Pharmaceuticals

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del sito produttivo nell'area Materials Management. Nello specifico riporterà al Planning Manager.

Principali responsabilità:

- Aggiornamento giornaliero del piano di produzione in base all'avanzamento degli ordini;
- Determinazione dei volumi target settimanali e mensili;
- Mensilmente, una volta ricevuto il nuovo piano MPS: conversione degli ordini pianificati

in ordini di processo a copertura dei fabbisogni, schedulazione degli ordini a capacità

finita tenendo conto di tutti gli altri vincoli (regole GMP, disponibilità materiali,

disponibilità personale diretto etc);
- Supporto alla definizione dei Budget di produzione annuale;
- Partecipazione attiva ad attività inter-funzionali, necessarie a sviluppare progetti legati a

modifiche tecnico/produttive;
- Partecipazione a progetti/iniziative dove l'attività di pianificazione è attivamente

coinvolta;
- Meeting settimanali con Customer Service per controllo due date ordini di vendita;
- TC periodiche con rappresentanti della Supply Chain dei principali clienti per la

discussione di eventuali urgenze o variazioni dei piani produttivi;
- Meeting giornalieri con i Responsabili di Produzione;
- Aggiornare di Reports e KPIS legati alle attività di pianificazione;
Responsabilità:
Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea di tipo Scientifico/Economico;
- Conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza sistema SAP (preferibilmente moduli logistici);
- Utilizzo di strumenti Office, in particolare Excel;
- Disponibilità nei confronti dei clienti interni ed esterni e predisposizione al lavoro in

Team;
- Conoscenze dei concetti e delle tecniche correlate alla Pianificazione ed alla gestione

delle scorte;
- Capacità organizzative;
- Problem solving skill;
