Cerchiamo un **Production Supervisor** per la nostra sede di Torino di Collins Aerospace Italy.

**Descrizione Ruolo e Responsabilità**:
Un supervisore di produzione assicura il regolare svolgimento dei processi nel reparto di competenza. I suoi compiti comprendono la supervisione delle attività produttive di routine, la risoluzione dei problemi che si presentano in produzione e la garanzia di un ambiente di lavoro sicuro.

Di seguito le aspettative per il ruolo:

- Elevata leadership e capacità di lavorare in team
- Propensione al miglioramento continuo
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving
- Gestione e coordinamento dei reparti produttivi
- Garanzia del rispetto dei piani di lavoro
- Responsabilità dei KPI di reparto, in particolare: EH&S, produttività, qualità, costi
- Gestione dei carichi macchina
- Ritorno puntuale e dettagliato al Machining manager circa l’avanzamento dei piani di lavoro
- Abilità nell’ organizzare le priorità in modo che le stesse vengano eseguite in maniera efficiente
- Buona comunicazione scritta e verbale, con tutti i livelli aziendali

**Requisiti professionali**:
Richiesta precedente esperienza lavorativa in analoga posizione, in realtà industriali complesse con differenti tecnologie di lavorazione meccanica quali tornitura, fresatura, rettifica
- Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Conoscenza del sistema gestionale SAP
- Familiarità con l’industria aerospaziale
- Forte orientamento alla qualità del prodotto e sicurezza dei lavoratori
- Gradita esperienza pregressa nella gestione di un team

**Educazione**:

- Diploma tecnico (gradita laurea in Ingegneria meccanica/aerospaziale)

**Skills Personali**:

- Forti competenze nelle principali tecniche di lavorazione meccanica
- Spiccata capacità di comunicazione interpersonale
- Capacità di risoluzione conflitti
- Pensiero critico
- Conoscenza metodologie Lean

**Lingua**:

- Italiano madrelingua
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
