Umana S.p.A. cerca IMPIEGATI CUSTOMER SERVICE per un’importante azienda del territorio operante nel settore delle industrie chimiche, farmaceutiche e cosmetiche. Ti occuperai principalmente della gestione degli acquisti, interfacciandoti con i fornitori e garantendo la corretta esecuzione delle procedure di acquisto. Sarai inoltre responsabile del monitoraggio delle scorte, dell'elaborazione degli ordini e della risoluzione di eventuali problemi legati alla consegna. La tua competenza linguistica in inglese ti permetterà di gestire rapporti con fornitori internazionali.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione degli acquisti: sarai responsabile dell'intero processo di acquisto, dalla selezione dei fornitori alla negoziazione dei contratti.
- Monitoraggio delle scorte: dovrai garantire che le scorte siano sempre adeguate alle esigenze dell'azienda.
- Elaborazione degli ordini: sarai incaricato di elaborare gli ordini di acquisto e di monitorarne l'andamento.
- Risoluzione problemi: in caso di problemi legati alla consegna, sarai tu a dover trovare una soluzione efficace e tempestiva.

Requisiti:

- Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea.
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile.
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Capacità di negoziazione.
- Competenze organizzative e di pianificazione.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.
- Capacità di lavorare in team.
