**Posizione**:
Per potenziamento dell’ufficio del personale comparto ricerca e selezione, ricerchiamo una figura junior con ottimo potenziale da inserire in un percorso di tirocinio formativo.
La risorsa si occuperà di supportare i recruiter senior nella ricerca e selezione di figure da inserire nella rete vendita.
Le attività previste sono:
- Screening CV
- Pianificazione e organizzazione di giornate di selezione
- Archiviazione documenti
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea triennale materie umanistiche;
- Master in Risorse Umane;
- Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto office;
- Predisposizione all’apprendimento;
- Ottimo lessico;
- Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione;
- Spirito d’iniziativa;
- Naturale orientamento alle relazioni;
- Precisione e riservatezza.

Offriamo un tirocinio formativo di sei mesi, con possibilità di proroga, con rimborso spese come da linee guida della Regione Abruzzo.
