**The Opportunity**:
As a Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Planner, you’ll support the United States Navy with MISO planning and execution. You’ll advise, plan, develop, deliver, and assess operations in support of the commander’s objectives. You’ll coordinate with information capabilities to support MISO planning, target audience analysis, series development, product development and design, approval, production, distribution, dissemination, and evaluation. You’ll advise Navy staff on MISO capabilities and effects to maximize the performance and effectiveness of maritime operations. You’ll also research and develop concepts of operations, information papers, decision papers, and operational briefings for senior command leadership. As an authority on your topic, the command will look to you for time-critical recommendations. This is a chance to grow your expertise while supporting operational planning and execution.

**You Have**:

- Experience with Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Army MISO
- Experience developing, staffing, and briefing MISO planning products
- Knowledge of the MISO process phases, including planning, target audience analysis, series development, product development and design, approval, production, distribution, dissemination, and evaluation
- Knowledge of MISO doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, and force structure
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience with European and African theaters of operation
- Master’s degree
- Completion of a Psychological Operations Qualification Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
