- The role of Sourcing Operations specialist - Raw Metals will join the Sourcing team of EssilorLuxottica based in the HQ Operations - Agordo (BL).**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sourcing responsible for the following materials category: Raw metals, precious metals, rare earths
- Market analysis (supported by consulting companies), trend evaluation, hedging and fixing strategies definition.
- Manage supplier relationship, projects identification and implementation also dealing with other regions, negotiations, budget and PPV analysis, new suppliers scouting;
- Being able to interact with different stakeholder both internal (Planning, Engineering, Controlling, Sourcing) and external (Suppliers, Consultants, Banks).

**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**:

- You have a Master Degree in Economics or Engineering;
- You have a good knowledge of purchasing best practices and procedures;
- You have basic experience in managing RfQ, RfP, negotiations, etc;
- You have strong analytical skills;
- You have proven knowledge of commodity market and of economical macro-trends;
- You have done experience in global organizations, dealing also with international stakeholder;
- You have a good knoledge of English language and it is a plus the knowledge of French and Chinese.
