**TALENT ATTRACTION & EMPLOYER BRANDING SUPPORT - INTERNSHIP**:
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Support to enhance the potential of our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Support the colleagues of the team in the recruitment process;
- Post advertisements on various recruiting channels;
- Actively support in HR analytical processes;
- Conduct initial structured telephone interviews;
- Support the colleagues of the team in the recruitment process; (career days, challenges )

**Job Profile**:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Psychology or Humanistic Subjects
- Fluent Italian and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy
- Proactive and curios approach
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Benefits:
- 650 euro monthly reimbursement
- In case of relocation from outside the region, possibility of using accommodation
- Free lunch canteen
