A big international Group in the tech industry is looking for a **part time HR Manager for its headquarter in Milan.**

The HR Manager will be working both with the main office in **Milan **(Tube station: Turro) and the production site in **Rho**.

They will report to the HR Vice President EMEA.

The whole selection process will be in **English**, as well as many daily interactions, so we are looking for someone who is fluent both in Italian and English.

The position is on a **part time basis** (50% of a traditional full time job) and requires **flexibility **in terms of location and hours to cater the needs of both places of work.

**Posizione**:
You will be an **experienced HR Manager**, with solid knowledge of **Italian labour laws and employment regulations**, able to assit more than one team at the same time and to cater the needs of two sites. You will be their first point of contact for any query and issue and will closely collaborate with the **admin team** (contracts, payrolls, bonus, etc.) and the **legal team**. You will be responsible for **recruiting **both permanent and temporary staff and ensuring the right level of personnel in all departments and for all projects.

Your **main activities** will include:
Dealing with all HR aspects in Milan and Rho, **supporting both local management and staff**

Ensuring **correct HR procedures **are introduced and followed on both sites

Aligning all operations to the** legal requirements **given by the legal team

Supporting the **admin team** in all HR administrations procedures, including development of content of contractual regulations

Being responsible for all HR processes, developing **reliable and cost effective **local HR procedures** according to the Group guidelines

Managing the **personnel budget**

Recruiting new staff and ensuring the **correct level of staffing** at any given time

Training, evaluating and **developing people**

Cooperating with **trade unions **and work organisations

**Requisiti**:
**Study**: Degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent culture

**Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a HR Manager in operational HR Work (ideally in a matrix environment)

**Technical skills**: Deep knowledge of people related topics, in particular of italian laws and employment practices. Strong interest and understanding of operational/administrative aspects of HR. Experience in working with HR software (e.g. Workday)

**Soft skills**: Excellent communication and consulting skills. Empathy and active listening skills. Able to see solutions instead of problems. Strong customer and service focus. Highly organised. Strong team spirit but able to lead on projects and drive them forward independently.

**Languages**: Fluent in Italian and English, both in speaking and writing

**Working hours and sites**: Flexible hours, 50% part time. Schedule to be discussed. Willingness to travel between Milan and Rho
