Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for an **Automations and simulations development technical project leader** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Software Integration Whole Vehicle**.

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Static Integration Benches used for integration and testing by the R&D department. Your mission will be to guarantee the correct development of the benches along the project maturity, in order to produce reliable results of the tests performed on them.
- Technical supervision of whole project/s inside his responsibility perimeter, with the target to monitor the projects, according to defined target of timing, design, weight, performances and quality.
- Responsibility for the correct deploy and maintenance of the following facilities, from their construction until the provision to the testers:
- Static Integration Benches
- Network Testing Benches
- Static Component and System Benches
- Cyber Security Testing benches
- Responsibility for supervising content definition, development and targets for specific developments on the benches and for SW automations and simulations
- Steer all the activity on the benches, in order to coordinate properly the Automations, Facilities and the Testing team
- Responsibility for providing reliable benches to the Testing team (and generally to R&D department), by means of maturity of the project status (i.e. DTC reduction)
- Responsibility for Network analysis and troubleshooting on the benches
- Responsibility for defining and provisioning of Automation toolchains to be used on the benches
- Support the setup and maintenance of SW automations and simulations for testing to be integrated in
- Hardware In The Loop
- Software In The Loop
- Full responsibility on work products produced by the team (reviewing, harmonizing and approval)
- Steer all the HW provisions for benches, in order to give to Facilities team all the requested items for working autonomously and efficiently
- Steer all the tool provisions for test execution on benches, in order to give to Testing team all the required instruments for performing correctly their work
- Interface with Audi/VW/CARIAD for exchanging information and lesson learnings on Static benches and new state of the art
- Responsibility for tendering, sourcing, steering and monitoring of external engineering partners.

**About you**
- Engineering degree or technical institute
- At least 3-4 years of experience in similar role
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing Industries (similar processes/ complexity)
- Planning and organization
- Self-confident especially under work pressures
