Chef/executive Cook

We are a start-up winery in Tuscany. Additionally we are hosting guests in our Residence as well as in our Restaurant. Restaurant guests are touched by it´s location: With a view across the vineyards and the hills of Maremma all the way to the Mediterranean Sea with its islands of Giglio and Elba. Inside seating is in our Lounge - an architectural landmark -, outside seating on our terrace. Guests love our wines - highly awarded and all natural. With you as a Chef we want to develop the cuisine further, so that in a few years true connoisseurs of Tuscany stand in line for reserving a table with us.

You have a few years of Cooking experience, you are ready to bring your own vision into reality. For the coming years you create the restaurant of your vision, you set your individual landmark, you create a brand for yourself and for Valdonica. Currently it´s a Boutique Restaurant with around 25 seats - Valdonica´s kitchen is fresh, pure, honest, without Schnick-Schnack... less is more We see this as a long-term position - for a few years or more.

Italian and/or English is a must
