Location**:Levico Terme (TN)**

**Health and Safety Specialist **è** **il ruolo che contribuisce alla gestione operativa, all’attuazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dai rischi per i lavoratori, per l’ambiente e per il patrimonio aziendale, coerentemente con le normative vigenti.

**Responsabilità**
- Supportare e monitorare, in collaborazione con consulenti esterni, l’esecuzione delle valutazioni e verifiche di adeguamento alle normative vigenti in materia di salute, sicurezza e impatto ambientale;
- collaborare all’ individuazione ed attuazione delle misure di miglioramento per eliminare o minimizzare i rischi individuati;
- supportare il monitoraggio della corretta applicazione delle disposizioni di legge in materia di salute e sicurezza;
- promuovere la diffusione della cultura della sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro.

**Attività**
- Supporto alla redazione e all’aggiornamento dei documenti legati alla valutazione dei rischi specifici e interferenziali;
- partecipazione attiva agli incontri periodici del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione;
- presa in carico e relativo monitoraggio delle attività di risoluzione di problematiche;
- dialogo con i lavoratori e con le altre figure aziendali della sicurezza su tematiche e segnalazioni specifiche in
materia di salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro;
- supporto alla gestione di infortuni e mancati infortuni (indagini, individuazione di azioni di miglioramento, redazione di documentazione);
- gestione dei rapporti con fornitori, consulenti ed enti esterni.

Disponibilità a trasferte saltuarie presso altre sedi del gruppo BLM o per formazione/approfondimenti specifici.

**Requisiti fondamentali**
- Laurea in Tecniche della Prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro o ad indirizzo tecnico;
- capacità di lavorare con metodo ed autonomia organizzativa, funzionale alla migliore gestione delle attività affidate:

- competenze interpersonali, utili a rapportarsi in modo costruttivo con colleghi e portatori d’interesse;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2 della Classificazione Europea).

**Requisiti preferenziali**
- Esperienza lavorativa nel campo della sicurezza e prevenzione;
- esperienza nell’utilizzo del gestionale SAP.
