- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement the TAVI customer Training strategy - Assess training needs based on actual knowledge and feedback from sales on field and customers
- Working closely with the Business Unit in the US, review existing courses, propose, and develop new courses within TAVI curriculum
- Work with Western Europe country leaders on specific strategies and open certified training centers when appropriate - Network and manage specifics stakeholders cardiac surgeon, interventional cardiology, referral physician, non clinical stakeholders, and other Key Opinion Leaders
- Organize boards to address specific training needs and identify appropriate strategies to address them
- Recruit faculty for courses; assist them in developing their competencies as trainers, giving them feedback on their presentations, and helping them to deliver their curriculum in the most effective manner - Work closely with the global business to organize Proctor meetings including follow ups
- Work closely with Marketing Communications and Marketing on conventions, to organize and run training activities in support of convention strategies - Creates and determines the format of the courses face to face, digital, hybrid based on customer needs and HCP Health Care Providers profilesreate training pathways, including eLearning
- Responsible to manage events' budget Must Have:
Minimum Requirements - Scientific university degree or baccalaureate degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Marketing / Communication background in medical devices area or proven experience in Marketing / communication position in a regulated environment
- Broad knowledge in project management - Good understanding of MedTech rules
- Ability to work in a large matrixial organization with complex processes and guidelines
- Able to navigate with ease in a fast pace environment Nice to Have
- Good scientific knowledge in Cardiology, expertise in TAVI and/or in transcatheter procedures, Field experience in supporting cases - Autonomy:
Recognized expert, managing large projects or processesExercises considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignments, with appropriate oversight from managerCoaches, reviews and delegates work to lower-level specialists when neededFocus on quality, delivering on time, team player
