Store Manager New Opening Premium Brand _ Outlet Leccio

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di store di Nuova Apertura di un Premium Brand presso l'Outlet The Mall.

Si occuperà della gestione del punto vendita e della supervisione del Team.
Parteciperà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici attraverso una costante analisi dei principali KPI e uno sviluppo del profitto del punto vendita.
Si occuperà della selezione, motivazione, sviluppo e gestione delle risorse in termini di planning, presenze, ferie e permessi, conducendo momenti di valutazione.
Garantirà un aumento del tasso di fidelizzazione della clientela formando le risorse ad una vendita assistita al cliente orientata alla sua massima soddisfazione.

Viene richiesta esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel settore retail con ruoli manageriali o di middle management.

Richieste ottime capacità organizzative, orientamento al risultato e un’attenzione particolare al servizio clienti, oltre a spirito intraprendente e spiccate doti manageriali e di coordinamento.

Imprescindibile l’ottima capacità di lavorare in squadra, di lettura e monitoraggio dei principali KPI e indicatori di performance.

Si richiede BUONA conoscenza della LINGUA INGLESE.
