**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Corporate & EMEA Health & Safety Support within Health, Safety & Environment area who will support our dynamic team based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute:
- Supportare nelle attività necessarie all’ottenimento dei permessi e/o autorizzazioni in materia ambientale o di sicurezza attraverso l’interfaccia con l’HSE Manager e l’Ufficio Facility;- Partecipare all’aggiornamento della documentazione funzionale a certificazioni e sistemi quali SA8000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, modello 231/01;- Seguire le attività di gestione ambientale (gestione dei rifiuti), avvalendosi di software dedicato e coordinando le varie attività.- Acquisire la conoscenza dei sistemi e processi HSE aziendali (moduli addestramento, moduli consegna DPI, moduli utilizzo macchinari, procedure, ecc.) secondo una logica proattiva volta al miglioramento continuo;- Supportare nelle attività di amministrazione generale dell'ufficio (autorizzazioni di fatture, gestione del software, dispositivi di protezione individuale, ordini di fornitori, archiviazione, ecc.)- Essere di supporto nell’organizzazione delle attività di sorveglianza sanitaria e dei corsi di formazione in materia di salute e sicurezza del personale.

Who you are- Laurea in Tecniche dell’ambiente e della Prevenzione sul Lavoro/Ingegneria della Sicurezza/Ingegneria dell’ambiente o titolo equivalente;- esperienza lavorativa, anche mínima, in Sistemi di Gestione della Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente, gestione dei rifiuti, Investigazione sugli incidenti, Tecniche di audit HSE.- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;- Precisione, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative.- Forte senso di rispetto e riservatezza- Disponibilità a spostamenti nel territorio (es: Plant produttivi di Bottega Veneta)
