**Descrizione**

Il Lead Salesperson dovrà inoltre autonomamente o con il supporto dei collaboratori (Gestioni Patrimioniali, Investment Advisor), avere una conoscenza e visione di mercato in linea con la ricerca della Banca al fine di soddisfare le aspettative del cliente incrementando il valore del servizio offerto.

**Responsabilità**
- Padronanza nell’utilizzo dello strumento dei portafogli virtuali per interagire col Cliente e comprendere a fondo il suo profilo di rischio;
- Capacità di preparare e condividere col cliente ipotesi alternative di Asset Allocation e di costruire soluzioni che il Cliente percepisce come rispondenti ai suoi bisogni nel breve e medio termine;
- Conoscenza e padronanza nell’illustrare ai Clienti le funzioni d'uso evidenziando i benefici e i costi dal punto di vista dei Clienti e dei loro bisogni;
- Capacità di analizzare da più punti di vista l’esigenza del Cliente (finanziario, fiscale, previdenziale), proponendo soluzioni complessive;
- Continuità nel verificare e gestire nel tempo le performance attese dal portafoglio investimenti, cercando di mantenerle in linea con il profilo concordato;
- Abilità nel diventare un punto di riferimento privilegiato del cliente, grazie all'eccellenza e alla continuità della sua consulenza professionale.

**Eseperienza e Competenze**
- Esperienza consolidate nel ruolo di Relationship Manager;
- Buona conoscenza del tessuto socio-economico delle zone di ricerca;
- Capacità di fornire ampia consulenza alla clientela sui prodotti di competenza;
- Ha capacità e volontà di impegnarsi in attività di sviluppo;
- Elevata predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali;
- Caratteristiche personali marcatamente commerciali;
- Capacità di comprendere le esigenze della clientela;
- Dinamismo e orientamento ai risultati;
- Versatilità e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Conoscenza preferenziale della lingua inglese;
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel settore bancario.
