Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Technical Manager **per il settore **Chimico Industriale e Ambientale, **da inserire nella sede di **Arzignano (VI)**.

**Principali attività**:

- Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività quotidiane del **laboratorio chimico**.
- Garantire il rispetto delle procedure e delle pratiche operative accreditate.
- Progettare, sviluppare e validare **nuovi metodi analitici** in linea con le esigenze del settore.
- Ottimizzare i processi esistenti per migliorare l'efficienza e la qualità delle analisi.
- Supervisionare e coordinare il personale di laboratorio, fornendo formazione e supporto per garantire un'elevata competenza e motivazione.
- Partecipare agli audit interni/esterni, garantendo la conformità normativa del laboratorio alla **ISO/IEC 17025**.
- Redigere report periodici sulle attività del laboratorio e sui risultati delle analisi.
- Provvedere alla manutenzione e riparazione degli strumenti.

**Sono richiesti**:

- Laurea in **Chimica** o titolo equivalente.
- Consolidata esperienza come Tecnico di Laboratorio Chimico.
- Capacità dimostrata di gestire risorse e processi operativi in modo efficiente.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Eccellenti competenze di **leadership **e **gestione del personale**.
- Necessaria esperienza pregressa in laboratorio di prova accreditato **ISO/IEC 17025**.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
