Per un nostro cliente, società di ingegneria internazionale, leader nella progettazione e
fornitura di impianti chimici, ricerchiamo un **Mechanical Supervisor**.
**Ruolo e responsabilità**:
- Specifiche di Lavoro, Istruzioni sul Sito, Manuali di Installazione, Analisi dei Rischi e Piani di Sicurezza, garantendo che tutti i lavori siano in linea con gli standard dell'azienda e le specifiche del cliente.
- Studio della documentazione del progetto, preparazione di rapporti dettagliati sulle modifiche apportate sul sito e cooperazione con gli uffici di ingegneria.
- Definire, insieme al Project Manager e al Commissioning Manager, la strategia di montaggio e il programma associato, garantendo che rispettino i requisiti contrattuali.
- Sovrintendere gli aspetti di ingegneria meccanica degli equipaggiamenti e strumenti installati, garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche di progettazione, dei regolamenti del settore e degli standard di sicurezza..
- Implementare e far rispettare rigorose misure di controllo qualità per mantenere gli standard più elevati di lavorazione in tutte le attività meccaniche sul sito.
- Garantire la sicurezza durante tutte le fasi di montaggio dell'impianto (aprire il permesso di lavoro, se applicabile, e promuovere la valutazione dei rischi all'interno del team NCA);
- Guidare e dirigere tutte le attività di montaggio nell'ambito coordinando i membri del team NCA (Civile, Meccanico, E&I) e i fornitori, per raggiungere il Completamento Meccanico dell'impianto.
- Laurea universitaria o diploma di laurea come ingegnere associato o ingegnere laureato o titolo comparabile (preferibilmente Ingegnere Meccanico)
- Esperienza precedente in posizioni strettamente correlate di almeno 10 anni, con esperienza specifica come Supervisore in settori quali Costruzioni, Petrolio & Gas o Chimica, Centrali Elettriche (l'esperienza in Elettrolisi sarà considerata un vantaggio);
- Esperienza precedente nella gestione di squadre di lavoro con una varietà di culture e nazionalità è considerata un vantaggio
- Dimostrata capacità di interfacciarsi con il cliente per comprendere i requisiti e fornire insight tecnici e consigli su una vasta gamma di aree progettuali (Civili, Meccanici, Elettrici ed Elettronici)
- Fluente in inglese, sia a livello verbale che scritto (il tedesco, l'italiano o altre lingue europee sono considerati un vantaggio)
- Disponibilità a viaggiare per lunghi periodi sul sito in India e all'estero (con focus su Medio Oriente, Stati Uniti ed Europa)
- Grande attenzione ai temi della salute, sicurezza e ambiente (HSE)
- Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici: MS Office, software di progettazione (come AutoCAD, Navisworks, ecc.), MS Project.
