**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will join the Operations department of BCG Milan Office for an internship experience and will have the chance to support the Building Team under the Responsibility of the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Operations Director.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Supporting the Building Team in all the daily operational activities for the management and coordination of the suppliers related to the space utilization and service level achievement;
- Supporting the Operations Team in the daily activities and procedures related to new Offices and Building implementation;
- Supporting in the implementation of new, innovative and digital solutions within buildings;
- Accomplishing any task applied to the suppliers’ daily management (i.e. in-site inspections, communication flow for authorized entrances, office signage,...);
- Supporting the canteen service team to manage the suppliers in all the related activities such as daily survey to the staff for collecting orders, final count of meals, monthly cost check concerning every kind of expense (purchasing of consumables, hotelleries, fresh fruits for break areas, dried fruit for the canteen,).
- The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them._
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Ongoing or completed educational path in Economics, Management Engineering, or Architecture as well;
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude;
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams;
- Office daily presence is requested;
- Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across departments and topics.

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
