**Company and role overview**

Naha is an early stage startup based in Stockholm in the field of sustainable fashion. Our goal is to eliminate the need for fast fashion by offering consumers a fast, reliable and convenient way to shop sustainably. We achieve this through the development of a fashion marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling experience of secondhand items, avoiding consumers the effort required by existing platforms. We envision a future where wardrobes and inventories are seamlessly integrated, and we’re building a fast and hassle-free connection between them.

Our goal is to become the market leader for online fashion shopping, enabling people to consume guilt-free knowing they are not contributing to polluting têxtile production.

The current team, consisting of Roberto Scifo as CEO and Gabriele Morello as CTO, has extensive domain knowledge, business and finance expertise and the advanced technical skills required to accomplish such an ambitious goal. Moreover, the team is supported by KTH Innovation and its network, providing strong technical, business and funding support.

**We are looking for a new team member who’ll be in charge of running, implementing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring low runnning costs, customer satisfaction and the achievement of product-market fit. You will master advanced business automation and business intelligence tools in our tech stack, including Power Automate, Power BI, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Discord, Asana.**

**Accomplishments & mid-term goals**

We have built the basic infrastructure of logistic and accounting processes and managed to reach 200K€ revenue in 2023 with a primitive MVP. We are now focusing on:

- The development of a platform that fully satisfies the customer need with the best possible performance
- Increasing our user base of both sellers and buyers, both via technological development and communication efforts
- Reaching scalable and sustainable unit-economics
- Being in the position to raise a seed round asap

**Skills & requirements**

You help us running the day-to-day operations of the business, including logistic processes, customer service, and communication with the stakeholders. You will collaborate with the team to identify new features and streamline internal processes based on user feedback and operational efficiency. You will use and learn technological tools for Robotic Process Automation, Data Visualization and, if applicable, assist us in the development of in house software solutions. Additionally, you will be the direct point of contact with the customers and you will actively contribute to the understanding of customers’ needs and the implementation of the solutions required.
- Strong numerical, analytical and technical skills, demonstrated through the advanced use of business intelligence softwares, spreadsheets, programming languages, or anything proving you can be part of a highly skilled team
- Customer obsession and ability to operate through KPIs
- Interest in gaining real life work experience in an early stage startup
- Interest in learning Process Automation no-code tools such as Power Automate or Make, Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, and become an advanced user of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Awareness of the climate and sustainability crisis and personal interest in the fashion industry

**Offer**

This is a paid internship with the goal of prototyping a long term relationship and eventually ramping it up to a full time position as the project scales.
**Monetary and later stock options compensation**:we offer a flexible compensation between 800€ and 1200€, depending on the time you can commit on the project. If you'll want to join our team after the internship, you will also be offered stock options as soon as we incorporate in Sweden.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €800.00 - €1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
