**Posizione**:
l nostro cliente è una realtà internazionale, produttore **leader mondiale in ambito Smart Home** per il quale siamo alla ricerca di un/a **IOT Product Manager** da inserire all’interno di un progetto a forte **carattere innovativo tecnologico.**

Il/la IOT Product Manager verrà inserito/a all’interno del** team Digital IOT **che si occupa dei processi di sviluppo e innovazione dei prodotti, con l’obiettivo di **gestire end-to-end l’evoluzione dei progetti con una forte connotazione digitale-tecnologica in ambito IOT/Smart Home.**

La figura sarà il principale **collegamento tra il business e l’area técnica** per definire nuove funzionalità dei prodotti esistenti e la loro integrazione all’interno di un ecosistema in ambito **Smart Home / Smart Device. **Sarai responsabile di guidare il progetto end-to-end, dalla definizione dei requisiti di business fino alla sua implementazione e lavorerai in un ambiente Agile Scrum diffondendo questa metodologia in tutta l'organizzazione.

Sarai coinvolto in un team **collaborativo e appassionato di innovazione** abituato ad adottare un **approccio tecnologico all’avanguardia**, in cui poter portare la tua** creatività** all’interno di un **ecosistema dinamico e in rapida crescita.**

**Di cosa ti occuperai**:

- Sviluppare soluzioni IoT in collaborazione con i Product Manager, i team tecnici e i vari stakeholder, adottando un approccio agile
- Scrivere i requisiti del prodotto in modo coerente, con il giusto livello di dettaglio e approfondimento
- Gestire il product backlog, dando priorità alle funzionalità in base al valore aziendale e alla previsione strategica
- Supportare il Portfolio Manager nella composizione dello sprint in base al progetto
- Coordinare i team di progetto, interni o esterni, per gestire la consegna delle soluzioni IoT
- Gestire e seguire la consegna e l'accettazione dei requisiti sulla base del progetto
- Definire il piano di sviluppo delle soluzioni IoT

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea specialistica in ambito STEM
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo di Project Manager
- Gestione progetti e prodotti di natura IT/Digital (preferibilmente IOT & Smart home)
- Esperienza in ambito Agile e Waterfall
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottime doti di comunicazione e di gestione/organizzazione delle attività

E’ prevista** assunzione diretta a** **tempo indeterminato,** CCNL Commercio.

La sede di lavoro è **Monza (MB),** con una quota di** remote working pari a circa il 40%**
