**Mandatory Requirements**:

- You must have a **legal right to work **in the country where the position is located.
- You should have successfully completed your bachelor or master degree in **a business administration / marketing related** or other relevant degree before October 2023 or maximum 2 years ago
- Good understanding of commercial business strategies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team, suppliers, our sales organization and other relevant teams.
- Highly organised and desire to support our sales team to grow the business and improve our profitability. Be responsible for results.
- Keen to support and drive process improvements.
- Excellent service mindset
- Be a team player.
- ** Business fluent English** **AND local language** (oral & written) where the job is based is a must for this position.
- You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.

You ideally have an aptitude and attitude which exhibits the following:

- Problem solving ability coupled with critical and conceptual thinking
