Il nostro cliente è un’azienda specializzata nella produzione di componenti e soluzioni industriali per il settore Oil &Gas, utilizzati in impianti chimici e petroliferi ed ambienti ad alte temperature.

Nel dettaglio la società è ampiamente sviluppata a livello internazionale e la sede in Italia annovera circa 250 dipendenti all’interno, collocandosi tra i leader di mercato in questo settore.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo:
La risorsa ricoprirà il ruolo di Mechanical Engineering Coordinator, e si occuperà del coordinamento e gestione dell’Ufficio Tecnico (5 persone), dell’acquisizione della commessa interfacciandosi con il team di lavoro e i clienti di riferimento.

Nel dettaglio la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Fornire le risorse necessarie al dipartimento Proposal e Sales per lo sviluppo di quelle offerte che richiedono customizzazioni che esulano dagli standard tecnici, con particolare attenzione al rispetto delle specifiche del Cliente.
- Pianificare la tipologia ed il numero delle risorse necessarie allo sviluppo del lavoro, attraverso un attento monitoraggio dell’avanzamento degli ordini acquisiti e delle previsioni circa gli ordini futuri.
- Garantire sia la bontà técnica della progettazione, che una esecuzione conforme al contratto ed alle specifiche concordate; rimane il riferimento tecnico nelle decisioni di progettazione più critiche e fuori standard.
- Essere responsabile della correttezza dei calcoli meccanici, dei dimensionamenti e delle analisi di calcolo dimensionale ad elementi finiti (quando necessarie).
- Essere responsabile della corretta implementazione delle direttive e delle norme legate alla progettazione delle macchine, nonché della certificazione del prodotto (con particolare riferimento alla marcatura CE ed alle certificazioni applicabili nei Paesi di destinazione).
- Garantire l’efficace e frequente comunicazione con le funzioni aziendali che interagiscono con il Dipartimento, in particolare: la Direzione Stabilimenti, il dipartimento Qualità tutte le discipline di progettazione, il dipartimento Sales, il Project Management, la Direzione Ingegneria.
- Promuovere lo sviluppo di nuovi metodi e strumenti di progettazione, assicurandone la condivisione e la standardizzazione.
- Organizzare le risorse e supervisionare le attività legate alla progettazione di nuove tipologie di prodotti.
- Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari.
- Completano il profilo capacità organizzative e di problem solving, strategic thinking.
