La risorsa che stiamo cercando collaborerà all'interno del team Product Strategy della Country Italia, in ambito Country Chief Marketing & Product Officer, supportando il responsabile dell’unità Life nelle seguenti attività:

- Assicurare, di concerto con le BU ed in linea con i bisogni dei clienti e il brand positioning, la coerenza e consistenza del catalogo prodotti di Country, verificandone redditività ed assorbimento di capitale e declinandolo operativamente a livello di Brand/LoB/Canale
- Analizzare la profittabilità ed appetibilità commerciale dei prodotti dell’unità di riferimento delle BU di Country, e definire le linee guida di sviluppo dei prodotti
- Garantire la coerenza dei processi POG delle singole delle BU, in linea con l’evoluzione dei bisogni dei clienti, del mercato e nel rispetto della normativa di riferimento
- Coordinare i flussi informativi verso GHO relativamente alle componenti tecniche di prodotto
- Assistere nello sviluppo di framework strategici e analitici al fine di condurre strategic review (e.g. posizionamento strategico, pricing, acquisition, retention, cross/up selling, in coerenza con il band positioning)
- Revisionare le metriche (KPIs) di approvazione e monitoraggio dei prodotti, anche in ottica IFRS17 e di ESG Product Impact Strategy
- Supportare alla definizione e coordinamento delle Business Review di Country negli ambiti di riferimento
- Predisporre analisi di benchmarking delle offerte di prodotto e servizi presenti sul mercato, principali market trends, evoluzioni regolamentari
- Partecipare/coordinare progetti inerenti i prodotti/servizi degli ambiti di riferimento
- Mantenere stretta collaborazione con Marketing Strategy, Marketing Intelligence, Customer Experience Design e Canali Digitali e le funzioni responsabili dello sviluppo prodotto in capo alle BU
- Presentare i risultati e le raccomandazioni ai diversi livelli dell'organizzazione

La risorsa identificata sarà in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Ottima conoscenza e esperienza técnica di sviluppo dei prodotti assicurativi degli ambiti di riferimento;
- Conoscenza metriche (KPIs) dei prodotti, anche in ottica IFRS17
- Solida esperienza e conoscenza della Product Oversight and Governance (POG)
- Conoscenza della Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) in connessione con i prodotti di riferimento
- Forti capacità analitiche, strategiche e di sintesi, capacità di problem solving strutturato e interesse per l’innovazione di prodotto
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale e di produzione di documenti ufficiali in modo autonomo
- Eccellenti doti relazionali nella gestione di rapporti a tutti i livelli aziendali e nei diversi ambiti di specializzazione degli stakeholder
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, e con esperti interni ed esterni, per ricercare, analizzare e rappresentare le evidenze
- Alto grado di auto-organizzazione e spirito di squadra
- Laurea magistrale o specialistica (economia, ingegneria, scienze statistiche/attuariali, o similari)
- Fluente in italiano e inglese
