Your future plans

Act as key account for the interface between Business and Legal functions onquestions around real estate; adequately managing relevant stakeholders, incl.setting up standardized processes and structures for the department
Implement and administer a global Land management tool jointly with your teammembers to support the contract owners
Manage and oversee the Real Estate Admin team supporting Onshore wind, PV &Battery storage projects across their entire life; be responsible for the teams career /people development
Manage the overall priorities of the team according to the prevailing business needs
Coordinate work for several distinct European markets
Work constructively and jointly with a variety of different RWE functions to enablebusiness growth in line with our internal risk appetite and deliver a holistic andstreamlined service to the business
**Profile**:
A university degree in economics, business administration or comparable and morethan 5 years of professional experience
Job-related experienceon real estate processes will be strongly beneficial
Significant track record demonstrating your project management experience
Flexibility and ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and customer centrismto enable effective collaboration with stakeholders
Enjoy working in an international team including travel
For you, leadership skills and a hands-on mentality are not mutually exclusive
Detail-orientation, analytical & strategic mindset, cost awareness, and your strive forhigh quality results guarantee the success of your measures and projects
Excellent planning and organizational skills including the skills necessary for continuously optimizing processes and finding solutions to challenges encountered
In your previous positions, you have been recognized and valued as a trusted contactand team player at all hierarchical levels in the company
You are a trustworthy, inspiring and authentic leader with a sense of humor, whileproviding guidance in times of change with a good eye for the development of yourteam, the company, and yourself
Excellent oral and written skills in English are a must; knowledge of other Europeanlanguages beneficial
