**HR Consultancy & Payroll - Trainee HR Administration & Payroll - Rome**:

**La persona selezionata**, inserita nel team di lavoro, **supporterà i clienti dello studio nelle attività di payroll e amministrazione del personale**, quali ad esempio:

- Elaborazione delle retribuzioni e gestione degli obblighi contributivi e fiscali nel rispetto delle normative vigenti
- Aggiornamento dei dati relativi a stipendi, contributi, TFR e adempimenti fiscali
- Controllo delle presenze e quadratura dei dati
- Predisposizione dei modelli F24 relativi ai versamenti IRPEF e ai contributi previdenziali e assistenziali
- Gestione adempimenti annuali (denuncia disabili, autoliquidazione INAIL, Certificazione Unica e Modello 770)
- Elaborazione di report mensili relativi al costo del personale
- Gestione expatriates
- Pratiche amministrative legate alle assunzioni e cessazioni del personale
- Comunicazioni obbligatorie agli enti preposti
- Attività consulenziale in tematiche afferenti al personale.

Si richiedono:

- Esperienza da zero a tre anni nel medesimo ruolo, preferibilmente svolta in studi professionali e/o in contesti aziendali strutturati
- Laurea, anche triennale, preferibilmente in discipline economiche, Giurisprudenza o Scienze Politiche
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- Spirito di collaborazione e buone capacità organizzative
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Costituirà requisito preferenziale la conoscenza dell’applicativo Zucchetti.

**Il percorso di crescita prevede la possibilità di svolgere il tirocinio professionale da Consulente del Lavoro.
