WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valentino SpA is looking for an Intern who will be included in the IP & Design Communication Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
Assistance in drafting and reviewing different contracts, in English and in Italian
Support in preparing memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients
Support in preparing answers to legal questions and in legal researches
Help in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files
Support in collecting signatures and preparing cover's presentation for the contracts

**Requirements**:
Master’s Degree in Law, preferably with a major in Commercial/IP Law
Excellent level of English and Italian, spoken and written
Knowledge of another foreign language is considered a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to details and a high degree of accuracy is a must
High ethical standards and high level of discretion and integrity
