Technology Specialist POWER is the key point of contact for our High Power Applications for Customers, Top Suppliers and Colleagues.

Focusing on WBG Technologies (SiC, GaN), but not only, Technology Specialist will have to support AVNET Silica growth in POWER, establishing and developing relationship with customers, suppliers and other partners.

In His/Her role will support legacy customers but will also contribute to identify new customers, new business and market trends.

Technology Specialist POWER activity will include:

- Have a good understanding of High Power business in the territory.
- Qualify new potential customers and opportunities as well.
- Understand customers’ needs and be able to respond to them by involving internal and external resources, including suppliers and partners.
- Autonomous in organizing face to face or virtual meetings at customers and suppliers.
- Promote and offer Power Solutions
- Support other members of AVNET SILICA sales team by coaching them in discovering and supporting High Power business.
- Ensure AVNET SILICA Power targets are meet.

Required key skills for Technology Specialist Power are:

- Strong power related technical and business skills
- Self-organization skills
- Ability to works in a multinational team having the ability to interact with customers, suppliers and relay on colleagues
- Verbal skills
- Basic commercial skills
- Ability of maintaining positive interaction during meetings and calls with both external and internal stockholders
- Familiarity with office tools.

Working in a dynamic environmental, He/She will have to meet AVNET SILICA organization, customers, market and business needs.

Technology Specialist will have to be open to learn on job or by training, rules to meet global and local legislation, in order comply with laws.
