You will be based in Porcia, in province of Pordenone in the north east of Italy. Here is placed the main Electrolux R&D centre where development starts for Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher with more of 400 professional engineers.
The Global Technology and Labs (T&L) is a global team (290+ employees) based in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North & South America) responsible to drive, at global level, the definition and the deployment of the technology roadmap for the following domains related to Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers:
- Digital & Power Electronic;
- Electric components and mechatronics systems;
- Human machine interface solutions;
- Control Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence;
- Washing and Drying Product functionalities.
Within this complex organization, the Technology Program Office (TPO) is growing and we are looking for a Project Coordinator - EU TD to join the team.
In this role you will act as a reference between the CX Technology & Laboratories (T&L), CX Care Architectures (CA) and EU Fabric Care Regional R&Ds.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive, monitor and report out the Project Status in terms of Planning, Product Cost and Project Costs to the Project Leader. Drive the countermeasures in case some KPIs have a gap versus the target
- Guarantee the alignment of projects between Global and Regional R&D teams
- Global CX Tech&Labs Planning creation and life management
- Risk management
- Monitor the overall project/activity status within Tech&Labs organization
- Responsible for project planning with respect of:
- Testing Capabilities optimization
- Standardization of timeframe and resources/ type of test (Standard Time);
- Prototype optimization, planning along projects and life management
- Budgeting activities, Quarterly financial report support;
**Qualifications**:
Previous brief experience in Project Management is considered a plus
- Management engineering/ Electronic/ Mechanic degree or similar is considered a plus
- You are resilient; it’s hard to make you feel discouraged in front of a challenge, you know what be solution-oriented means.
- You are willing to travel to meet the stakeholders.
- You are goal oriented but you never forget to be a team player.
- You have the sensibility for a 360 view on projects.
- Microsoft Projects know-how is considered a plus
- English language
